Invited by a local developer, FR-EE’s site for Miami’s newest icon is located on the City of North Bay Village, a collection of manmade islands in Biscayne Bay, off Miami Beach. Although primarily a residential neighborhood, it remains in close proximity to the beach and the entertainment and design districts in Downtown Miami and South Beach, epitomizing the best of living in Miami. The circular building strikes an iconic profile at the water’s edge, instantly recognizable and singular in its design.
