La Diferencia

We were invited to develop a very privileged site in the western suburbs of Mexico City. We envisioned a modular housing system that allows the building to be developed in phases, and that couples the structure to the mountain’s topography, avoiding the elevated costs associated with the seismic zone where it is located.

All of the apartments face an east-west axis, enabling natural light to bathe public areas in the evening and private spaces in the morning.
