Kering Mexico

Kering Mexico

The office project for Kering MX consists of two levels (8 and 9) interconnected by a central staircase designed by us especially for them, has 740.74 m2 and confines the offices of a conglomerate of international brands such as Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Boucheron, Pomellato, DoDo, Qeelin, UN, GP.

The project is inspired by a minimalist, monochromatic and comfortable style but has elements of surprise such as stairs and curved glass that break the monotony and make the user feel in a dynamic place.

The concept was worked very closely with the client, President of Kering Americas Laurent Claquin, whose minimalist, sober and pure materials vision always prevailed in the design. Kering wanted to have a space where their employees could work at ease, with lots of light and transparency but at the same time offer moments of privacy where needed, for Kering the comfort and mood of their employees is an important aspect and the design took into account the thermal, lighting and sound comfort. It is also important to note that the office is in the process of LEED Gold certification, which goes hand in hand with Kering’s policy “Luxury and sustainability are one and the same”.

The materials chosen for Kering’s design are pure materials: wood, concrete and glass. In addition, the color palette is based on raw colors: black, white, gray and beige.
