Finalists at World Festival of Interiors

July 26, 2021

We are proud to announce that our most recent project, Kering offices, located in the Polanco area of Mexico City, is a finalist in the World Festival of Interiors 2021.

The goal of the project was to create a space that is both dynamic and calm, while ensuring the comfort, safety and well-being of the employees. With thermal, lighting and acoustic comfort in mind, the building welcomes natural lighting throughout.

The office space is located on two levels of a corporate building and is linked by a sculptural helical staircase, which serves as a focal element that can be seen from any point in the office. The offices were designed to obtain LEED Gold certification.

Thanks to all the team that was part of it.
